Registration Policies and Information

• Full registration includes meals, full registration kit & entry to any session on all days.
• Each paper requires one full registration.
• During registration, you will be asked to provide the proof of your student status if that registration option has been selected.
• For Chinese delegate, please select in CNY payment.
• To facilitate payment for participants, the conference has entrusted Universal Prosperity Exhibition & Convention (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (the conference service provider) with the responsibility of handling registration and fee collection and issuing the VAT Invoices and receipts matters.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations by 15th June 2026, 50% of the fee is refundable against the standard registration fee.
• If cancellation occurs after 15th June 2026, there will be no refund for the fee paid.
• No show will incur a full charge.
• Registered participants may be replaced, provided that the registration team is duly notified in advance.

• 注册费包含餐费、会议资料和参加会议所有活动；
• 如选择博士后代表或学生代表注册，注册时须提交博士后代表或学生代表证明；
• 请中国国内代表选择以人民币（CNY）方式支付；
• 会议组委会委托浩瑞寰宇国际会展（北京）有限责任公司（本次会议会务承办单位）收取会议注册费、赞助和参展费，并开具增值税发票。

注册费退款须知
